🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Essential: Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university
- Desirable: Working knowledge of computers

- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 27 years
- Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- Widows/divorced/separated women: Up to 35–40 years depending on category
- Central Govt employees with 3 years' service: Up to 40 years
- Ex-servicemen & sportspersons: As per rules

📝 Selection Process
The recruitment process will consist of three tiers:
Tier-I: Objective Type Exam (100 Marks – 1 Hour)
- Current Affairs
- General Studies
- Numerical Aptitude
- Reasoning & Logical Aptitude
- English
Negative marking: ¼ mark for each wrong answer
Tier-II: Descriptive Paper (50 Marks – 1 Hour)
- Essay (20 Marks)
- English Comprehension (10 Marks)
- Long Answer Questions on Current Affairs/Socio-political topics (20 Marks)
Tier-III: Interview (100 Marks)
Final Selection:
Based on cumulative performance in Tier-I + Tier-II + Tier-III, followed by document verification and medical examination.
📍 Exam Cities
Candidates can choose any 5 cities from a wide list of 140+ locations across India. However, the IB reserves the right to allot nearby cities if your preferred choices are overbooked.
